Meet Swami Antar Nadam

For nearly 25 years, Nadam (Owen Yeoh) has worked with individuals, corporations and government agencies exploring the field of organisational and personal performance through skills upgrading and development. His role as a trainer, coach, and consultant sees him engage people at all levels, from the man on the street to national level workforce projects. Through the lens of this experience, he sees the need for holistic development, where skills upgrading is complemented by emotional and spiritual building.

He is also a practitioner of active meditations, influenced by the work of modern mystic OSHO. He has spent the last 12 years exploring both inner and outer space through meditation and other holistic work. In 2014, while on one of his many visits to India, he was given the name Swami Antar Nadam. This Sanskrit name means ‘Inner Sound’, a reminder for us to tune inwards to our own inner voice, a centred voice.

Beyond engaging organisations on skills upgrading, Nadam regularly holds space for meditation and retreats, helping individuals build a foundation for their own emotional, mental and spiritual health and well-being. Incorporating his experience in workplace training with meditation methods allows him to share simple techniques that is practicable at the workplace.

Nadam has shared his experience at talks, townhalls and events. These talks focuses on the benefit of mental and emotional wellness, as part of a holistic wellness regime, and how it brings about a fuller, balanced life.

Our Testimonials

“It has been a great experience with Nadam for Dynamic Meditation and exploring the inner journey through movement. I prefer movement over sitting for meditation, something that helps to go even deeper and find that in this class, I find that with some great stories, discussions and communion. Thanks and looking forward to the next session!”

I'm saying that you can get rid of all this insanity created by the past in you. Just by being a simple witness of your thought processes.”

“I'm simply saying that there is a way to be sane.
